This is the second of these books I bought first one I wore out. It gives very good directions and I have been to alot of the hotsprings around Oregon and Idaho, this is a must for anyon wanting to check out hotsprings.
This book dramatically needs updating. It’s very out of date and inaccurate. Waste of money.
Very informative. Great for trip planing
Great book, we were looking for something exactly like this. Gives you where, what type of hot springs (individual tubs, pool, springs in the ground) if there is camping, lodge, etc. We have visited one of the hot springs on two separate occasions and will be checking out others in the future. I think this is a good book, easier than researching all over the internet.
I grew up looking through this book! One of the older versions anyway. My mom's book is now just loose pages in a binder that's how much we've used it! I'm so happy I have one of my own now. I've seen some amazing hot springs because of this book!! I totally recommend it.
I really like this book, I have another one with all the hot springs in California and Baja California. The only thing I would improve is the quality of the pictures, very helpful books full of very extensive information.
Great book. We have the other one too about the southwest. The book covers pretty much all you'd ever want to know about the hot springs--where they're located, water temp, muddy or clean water, naked or clothes, etc. I hope someday they update it because some of the info is not accurate anymore, but there is no better source of info that I've found.
